drink more water in hot weather everyone !!

good afternoon ! =)

today morning wake up on 6.30 am

because jog vif frens =)

woohooo ,

maybe play the swing ..

make my stomach not very well ,

feel wanna to vomit or else ...

didnt eat breakfast ,

had drink ice tea

that havent finish a half .

then walk back to ming yenn house ,

on the way i keep hav a deep breath ..

and reach ming yenn house ...

for a while ..

doesnt hav that feel ady ...

luckily didnt vomit =D

no dare to swing on the morning ady ,

my body is weak =S

cant drink sky juice after wake up ,

i will feel not well ~

Malaysia is a hot place ,

so must drink more water everyone ! =)

but drink sky juice laa , dont learn me ,

drink soft drink that doesnt good for body ,

but it do great for your Tongue !! =P
